1. Course & Fee Acknowledgment

The applicant acknowledges that the course fee stated above applies specifically to the programme, batch, and duration selected at the point of registration. Course fees are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without prior notice; the fee locked in at registration applies only where full or first-installment payment is received within seven (7) days of form submission.

Where payment is not received within this window, the Centre reserves the right to apply the prevailing fee at the time payment is eventually made.

2. Payment & Installment Terms

Where the Installment Plan is selected, the applicant agrees to the following structure: eighty-five percent (85%) of the total course fee is payable upfront before training commences.

The remaining fifteen percent (15%) is due on or before the agreed date stated in this form. Where the outstanding 15% balance is not settled by the agreed date, the applicant shall be liable to pay a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the remaining balance every week until the balance is fully liquidated.

The Centre reserves the right to suspend the applicant's access to training sessions, course materials, and support channels until payment is regularised.

3. Refund & Forfeiture Policy

All fees paid, whether in full or as part of an installment plan, are strictly non-refundable once training has commenced.

Applicants who fail to attend scheduled sessions for a continuous period of 3 days or more without prior written notice to the Centre shall be deemed to have forfeited their enrolment and all fees paid.

Continuation of training thereafter shall be subject to fresh registration and payment at the prevailing course fee.

4. Class Rescheduling Policy

Missed live sessions are not automatically rescheduled.

Applicants seeking to make up a missed session must notify the Centre within 48 hours of the missed session and are subject to the availability of make-up slots or recorded session access at the Centre's discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

The Centre reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any applicant, without refund, on grounds of misconduct, dishonesty, disruptive behaviour, harassment of other students or facilitators, or breach of the Centre's rules and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All frameworks, methodologies, templates, scripts, slide decks, workbooks, funnel structures, prompts, and proprietary systems shared during training (including but not limited to any branded frameworks taught by the Centre) remain the sole intellectual property of ElizabethWill Global Consults Ltd.

Applicants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning and portfolio purposes only.

Applicants may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or teach these materials to third parties without the Centre's prior written consent.

Where training involves exposure to live client projects, brand assets, or business data (as may occur in Funnel Design, Digital Marketing, or AI Automation tracks), the applicant agrees to treat all such information as strictly confidential and not to use, disclose, or reproduce it outside the training environment.

7. Software & Third-Party Tool Disclaimer

Certain programmes may require the use of third-party software, platforms, or subscriptions (including but not limited to website builders, CRM/automation platforms, AI tools, or design software) to complete practical exercises. Except where explicitly stated as included, the cost of any such subscriptions is the sole responsibility of the applicant.

The Centre does not guarantee the continued availability, pricing, or feature set of any third-party tool referenced during training, as these are outside the Centre's control.

8. Outcome & Liability Disclaimer

The Centre provides training, guidance, and practical instruction to the best professional standard.

However, the Centre does not and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, income, client acquisition, employment, or results arising from the applicant's use of skills or frameworks taught, as these depend on factors outside the Centre's control, including but not limited to the applicant's individual effort, market conditions, and execution. Any case studies, examples, or testimonials referenced during training are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee of similar results.

9. Data Protection & Consent

By submitting this form, the applicant consents to ElizabethWill Global Consults Ltd collecting, storing, and processing the personal information provided, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, solely for training administration, payment verification, communication, and record-keeping purposes.

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the Centre's operational needs.

Student Declarant Statement

I agree that my studentship may be withdrawn if it is found that I have given false information in this registration form. I solemnly and sincerely declare that I will pay due respect and obedience to the Trainers and facilitators of this Centre, and that I will faithfully observe all regulations which may from time to time be issued for the good order and governance of the Centre.
